Dacra, the development firm led by Craig Robins, has secured leases for 90,000 square feet in the iconic The Moore building at 4040 Northeast Second Avenue. This mixed-use space will feature offices, an exclusive private club, an art gallery, a boutique hotel with 13 rooms, and the highly anticipated Elastika restaurant.

Brunello Cucinelli unveiled a 4,500-square-foot boutique at 139 Northeast 39th Street.
Isa Grutman, the flagship jewelry store by Isabella Grutman, launched at 151 Northeast 41st Street, occupying 1,100 square feet.
Tiffany & Co. opened a stunning new location spanning 4,000 square feet at 160 Northeast 40th Street.
Palm Angels, known for its bold fashion and accessories, debuted a 2,500-square-foot boutique at 173 Northeast 40th Street.
Sports enthusiasts can now enjoy Reserve Padel, which recently introduced three glass-enclosed courts and a pro shop at 75 Northeast 39th Street.
